gotta get out

it’s still winter & the charm of the great outdoor’s is leaving us cold. we’re climbing the walls & feeling cagey sitting inside. the excitement of our new boots and coats is long gone. the salt-stains on our favourite footwear have salt stains on them. and those short, sharp, shocking showers of slush, courtesy of passing drivers are just making our dry cleaner rich. thankfully, yesterday was sunny, temperatures were above average and the streets were dry. & spring clothes are appearing in the stores. if we’re lucky, our cabin fever will break in time to go shopping for the upcoming season.
